Unquiet

Unquiet is a term coined by the Church of Silence, and is a title subtly given to people who knowingly or unknowingly work against the goals of Silence. It was once considered a serious term that marked people as enemies, but as the worship of has Silence declined, it is now merely a derogatory term used jokingly.
