Kimiko Toyotomi is without a doubt the shrewdest Archon to ever sit on the throne for Clan Oni since the Goddess, Shinatobe. She is known for her cunning, guile, and keen ability to find an enemies weak spot, killing them with a thousand cuts. Her husband, Tokugawa - a considerably powerful Magister himself, pales in comparison to her and everyone knows she is the power behind Clan Oni. A powerful Illusionist, she controls a network of spies, assassins, and organizations in a near impenetrable shadow and gods help whoever get in her way.

General Physical Condition
Kimiko is a very tall woman compared to other Humans and is unusually delicate and has a body similar to an elf female. While conventionally beautiful, plenty of people describe something off about her.

Kimiko almost always wears paint over her face and much of her body is covered in long flowing robes that hide her skin.

Personal history
Kimiko, born a minor noble, eventually married into the ruling House of Clan Oni. Her power and skill left a trail of bodies as she advanced without any of the deaths leading back to her. Matchmakers and marriage planners paired her with the heir apparent for Clan Oni and by the time wedding took place, the Archon for clan Oni had died in a mysterious accident involving a volcano and the Archon's skyship. Her reign as Archon has been a seamless transition of power. Would-be challengers, or rivals have either vanished, sworn loyalty to her, or died due to "natural causes." All the while Clan Oni's military and spy network has steadily grown.

Himiko has always been a prodigy in the arcane arts. She attended the Hall of Whispers in Xiangshu when she was 12 and graduated after three years, two months, and a couple disgraced professors. By sixteen she personally was asked to be headmistress of the academy (while she was technically still a lady in waiting under the Xiangshu's Duchess).
Accomplishments & Achievements
Archon Himiko is the second youngest Archon in history (ironically after First Archon Niobe of House Udaku) and has arguable contributed to more deaths than the War of Conflict with the elves at the start of the Halruaalan Magisterium.

She opposed the more progressive nature of the late First Archon and adamantly disagrees with First Archon Niobe's continuation of those reforms.
