Yellow Sheath Sulfur Bacteria

similar to the White Hair Sulfur Bacteria, and possibly related, the Yellow Sheath Sulfur Bacteria is naturally colourless, but coats itself in a yellow mucus sheath. it feeds by oxydizing sulfur and nitrogen.
