Attributes
To generate Attributes, roll 4d6 and drop the lowest result. Sum the remainder. Do this a total of 8 times to generate 8 Attribute scores, and assign them in any order. Be aware, your ancestry and culture may affect your final scores. You may want to plan ahead before settling on your final decision.
The 8 Attributes are as follows:
Strength (STR) modifier is applied to melee and thrown weapon damage, and to STR-based skill checks. Your encumbrance thresholds are determined by your STR score.
Stamina (STA) modifier is applied to Vitality Hit Dice, to Fortitude Saving Throws, and to STA-based skill checks.
Agility (AGI) modifier is applied to Defense, Initiative, Reflex Saving Throws, and AGI-based skill checks.
Dexterity (DEX) modifier is applied to Attack Rolls and DEX-based skill checks.
Memory (MEM) modifier is applied to Skill Points per level, MEM-based skill checks, and to MEM-based spellcasters' Spell Save DCs.
Wisdom (WIS) modifier applies to Willpower Saving Throws, WIS-based skill checks, and WIS-based casters' Spell Save DCs.
Perception (PER) modifier is applied to PER-based skill checks.
Charisma (CHA) modifier is applied to Spirit Saving Throws, CHA-based skill checks, and CHA-based casters' Spell Save DCs.
