Vikasha Plague Engine

A fully-grown Plague Engine that created the Vermin Rot Plague variant. Harvesting life energy from the equatorial regions around Ukaram and Makal. 
Little is known at the moment about the Vikasha Engine, other than that it destroyed much of the city of Vikasha, plunged the area into a perpetual corrupted storm, and is rampaging. Reports on its physical form and abilities vary.
