Trash King

The Trash King is a Cuttlefolk artist and hermit who lives in the waters near Asalay. He is a curious fellow, who lives alone in a small cove. 
The Trash King collects interesting garbage dumped into the sea by the city, and organizes more interesting bits while using the rest for art pieces. He isn't a magical bard or artist but is just a simple fellow interested in artistic expression. He once lived in Fivereefs, the reef collective South of Asalay, but was exiled from it after accidentally stealing. The Trash King has no sense of property, having been raised in the deepest oceanic depths. After wandering through the waters of the Asalay Underworld, the Trash King ended up in the Northern Asalay waters, where he lives to this day.
The Trash King rescued Makar Mesaba from drifting out to sea - and was promised a reward one day in return. The King asked for 3 wishes: Safety from starvation, a companion who feels similar passions, and something that could help his art reach people.
