Treaty of Perfidy

Ratified on the day after the Great Dormition, the Treaty of Perfidy formally marked the cessation of open hostilities in the Sleep Race. The Treaty of Perfidy was famously penned and advocated by Whilom Gramercy. Among the treaty's safeguards, it declares all Wands of Somnolence to be either destroyed or lost, and declares any that remain to be contraband.
