The Storm Keeper is the younger brother of the father. He claims all souls lost at sea, and is portrayed as potentially both vengeful and compassionate. It is said his opinion can change like the currents, he also claims dominion over storms, rain, and thunder. The majority of the Tengu ancestry see the Storm Keeper as their Patron deity.
