Crime Lords of Tatooine

There are many crime lords vying for control of Tatooine and the surrounding areas. These include:

• Jabba the Hutt, with Teemo the Hutt and Gardulla the Hutt under his sway.
• General Jafan Grene of the Desert Rats, a mercenary group that has claimed control of Mos Eisley.
• Qi'ra of the Crimson Dawn is secretly trying to strengthen her position on Tatooine, eventually hoping to remove Jabba from power in the area. She has arrived at Mos Espa hoping to purchase Garren Torch from Grakkus the Hutt in a move against the Black Sun Syndicate. She knows that Darth Maul has a vendetta against Jabba, feeling that he did not do enough to support the Shadow Collective.
• Grakkus the Hutt is also trying to gain influence on Tatooine. He does not care about the planet per se but merely wants to see Jabba undermined in authority. If he could get Jabba recalled to Nal Hutta, that would be a fine feather in his cap.
• The Black Sun Syndicate has suddenly taken an interest in Tatooine, having heard rumors that Garren Torch is here.

Many of the groups are supported by elements of Pirates of Tatooine or Bandits of Tatooine.
They are opposed by Nobles of Tatooine and the Imperial Presence on Tatooine.
Rebels of Tatooine are non-existent. It is before their time.
