Shady Creeks

Shady Creeks is a region located within Whetstone, adjacent to - and often confused with - Back o' Beyond. It is a heavily forested region full of rolling hills and cliffs.

Description

The terrain of Shady Creeks is comprised of many rolling hills, and various dirt patches and trails. The area some extremely forested, which makes traversal somewhat difficult. At the centre of the area is a Shady Creeks Cabin, which is connected to by three dirt trails, one of which leads to a bridge that goes over a river into Back o' Beyond.

Points of Interest

• Shady Creeks Cabin: At the centre of the area is a small wood cabin of the exact same type as seen on Mount Chiliad. The cabin has two entrances: A ramp at the front, and a small set of stairs at the back.

Myths

• Jason Voorhees: In Storymode, Jason can be found at the Cabin during the mission On the Trail. As CJ arrives in the area, he spots Eve Matthews under attack from Jason. He manages to stop him from killing her, and they work together to dispatch Jason. In Freemode, Jason can be found in the Cabin between the hours of 21:00 and 02:00. On occasion, he will spawn behind a nearby tree instead of inside the Cabin, so the player should be extra vigilant on approach.
