Background

Jessica was a friend of Sarah Williams many years prior to the latter joining Prospero. Though they were quite close, Sarah's job at Prospero strained their friendship, and they drifted apart some.
After the Advent of the Myths, Sarah asked Jessica to be their secretary in her and Carl Johnson's newly created Myth Investigation Agency. Jessica accepted the offer, and rekindled her friendship with Sarah.
