Clan Peakworks has always been at the forefront of technology, and have been creating masterworks with alongside their gnome citizens. In the year 2455 Master Clocksmith Sinwin Brassleg request backing from the Clan leader for a new project; a clockwork man. Sinwin promised a new autonomous workforce to aid them in their day to day lives. There was a initial fear of a similar result to the creation of the Warforged, but Sinwin promised that without any magic involved in its construction that sentience would not be a problem. Four years later Sinwin revealed his creation, a fully functional clockwork man. A complete success.
