Org Nenshen’s House

This unassuming yet lavishly decorated residence belongs to Org Nenshen , Master Thief of Greyhawk and Guildmaster of the Thieves' Guild . While he takes great care to project an air of respectability, none of the telltale signs of his true profession are evident within.

The interior mimics that of a noble’s mansion, albeit with a gaudy overuse of color rather than refined taste. Despite its ostentation, the house boasts a collection of art objects worth approximately 60,000 gp. The crown jewel of this collection is a priceless ivory statuette of a dancer, inlaid with real diamonds and valued at an astounding 15,000 gp.

Security is paramount in Org’s home. Two elite fighters serve as his personal bodyguards, while two hidden thieves remain in the shadows, only revealing themselves in dire emergencies—whether to protect their master or eliminate any would-be intruders.

Org Nenshen

Master of the Greyhawk Thieves' Guild
Org, 43 years old, 5’9” tall, and weighing 180 lbs., is a graceful and well-groomed man with blond hair, striking violet eyes, and tanned skin. He takes pride in his appearance, dressing in fine attire and keeping himself in peak physical condition through regular training at the Thieves’ Guildhall .

Org was once an apprentice thief alongside Nerof Gasgol (now Lord Mayor of Greyhawk and Assistant Guildmaster). Their lifelong friendship has made them two of the most powerful and influential men in the city.

Though unanimously chosen as Guildmaster, Org privately wrestles with imposter syndrome, believing the position should have gone to someone more qualified. To compensate, he constantly pushes himself to greater feats of skill and daring. Despite his prestigious title, he remains active in the criminal underworld, never fully retiring from thieving.

Org is frequently found in deep conversation with Nerof at the Wheel of Gold . He has little interest in the arts and only attends cultural events when required by his role on the Directing Oligarchy. He maintains a modest yet respectable home in the High Quarter, a deliberate contrast to the grandeur expected of a man in his position.
