Tomben Ulrich is the 2nd born son to the now deceased Royals of Norcastle, Prince Ulrich and Lady Angleen. After The Dark War, the monarchy was abolished, and the Council of Dragons assumed control of affairs.
Tomben has made quite the political career for himself, and is a current member of The Outer Circle on the Council of Dragons. He is currently recruiting new adventuring parties to join the Guardians of Greyacre.
