Graf (self-syled) Nakmah Tahkgar (a.k.a. Two Faced Nakmah)

Nakmah is the rather newly minted elder of the Tahkgar family, who have ruled Acabah for three hundred years. His wizened father, who opposed the empire, died under mysterious circumstances five years ago. Since Graf Nakmah has taken over, the town has turned itself toward the Empire, trying to get more trade to flow through the town. In addition, Nakmah has also been building a resort up in the hills where wealthy tourists can bathe in the hot springs. Nakmah is looking for a someone to create a magical cooling device so that Tourists can stay comfortable even in the swealtering summer, and he will pester any magic user who comes into town relentlessly about this goal.
Nakmah has a jovial and cordial attitude toward Imperials and visitors but has a cruel streak towards townspeople. He is known locally as Two Faced Nakmah for this reason.
