Vale
Grasslands south of the Oaktops. This is where the stables of the town are, as well as a few Inns. In addition to being the first place new visitors come is also feature many equestrian activities, including the Racetrack. In spite of its prescence in a massively urban metropolis Vale has the cottagecore aethetic of smalltown village. Most homes have room for a garden plot available, and even for the rare apartment without one planter on balconies and window sills are a common sight. It's no wonder why Vale is called Granmont's "Garden District"!
As most peoples first destination in the city, Vale is well equipped to handle travellers. A variety of historic taverns, many of which have been owned by the same family for centuries, provide respite for those without immediate arrangements and the majority of the city's stables are in this region allowing immediate boarding for horses and their carts.
