University
Named for the local Crown's College, University is so much more than just a school. While the average citizen would have little reason to every come to this district those who live here enjoy cozy, quiet streets on the eastern bank of Dechue Lake, with bespoke shops not being far from the neighboring rough-and-tumble streets of Stamps.
Approximately 40% of the district by acreage is the Crown's College campus proper. The rest of the district is quaint streets with the most diverse variety of shops in the city. Due to the need for a large number of specialty items rare dyes, books, materials, oddities, widgets, and miscellany can all be found within a ten minute stroll.
The populace of University is as eclectic as its shops. Foreign nobles attending the College of Statescraft getting blackout drunk doing kegstand alongside apprentice wizards, as an aspiring bard attending the College of Fine Arts composes a sonnet of the scene. Immigrant shopkeeps keeping their heritage alive in the only district where a spice used in their cuisine has value as a spell component. Dwarven engineers going to drop a platinum at Maron's while their underlings at the Golemyard slum it with the students. University rivals Skirts in it's diversity.
