Smoke City East Building
One of the few structures in Granmont that can be called an honest-to-gods "Dungeon".
The most isolated of the four Smoke City Tenement Projects, it didn't take long for the East Building to fall into disorder. Gangs have vied for control of this building since before construction was even complete. Halls have been boarded up, walls torn down, and some of the least stable addicts and unhoused squat in unused rooms.
With the vast majority of windows boarded up and an interior cluttered with flammables navigation within is nearly impossible. The layout is a winding labyrinth of rooms and halls with doorways hidden behind shelves and ladders connecting floors through holes. Many of Granmont's lost end up here with no where to go, and escape can be impossible for many.
