Guild of Speculators

Fulcrum Bank is the first and final authority on money in the region, but that doesn't make them the only financial organization. The Guild of Speculators is a union of investors and venture capitalists who pay dues to the Guild in Exchange for access to resources not typically available; members of the guild can easily make independent payments, take loans, find investment opportunities, and share information--of course no one tells the Guild \textit{every} hot tip they learn but there upsides to trading intel. The Guild is fueled by greed and isn't afraid to make risky investments for a quick profit. To the outside observer the speculators seem like financial gurus, tending to make the right investments at the right time. In reality the guild exists to exchange hot tips and most trades are made with insider knowledge. And when inside trading isn't enough they aren't above *ahem* tipping the Scales themselves. And indeed, the investors will quite often dump one portion of their wealth in a given Currency, commodity, or venture and then use the remainder to ensure their investment comes to fruition. The Guild of Speculators also publishes a monthly newsletter, detailing the results of investments from the past months as well as any socioeconomic or political factors that are expected to impact volatility or the market in general. This paper is distributed only to due paying members and there's little motivation for any of them to leak it, although they may pass some some details on to friends in private.
