History

The first Registered Hunter was Jeremiah Saunders, a young man in 1671 who left the small colony with the need to help others. Upon his return the colony Council and Elder decided to reward the young man for his good deeds and encourage him and others to continue their good work.   Following this, any Hunter from the colony that left for the Season were rewarded with their families fed and taken care of while they were gone, as well as given stock and food stuffs for the winter.   Naturally this progressed with society, modern amenities meant they needed to adapt the benefits of being a Hunter for the colony. In 1908 the developed the Registered Hunter Program, wherein any Hunter wishing to seek the benefits of doing their work for the colony, must first file an application with the Council in their newly erected City Hall then attend a full Season hunting. It was during this same time that it was decided that those living with Borseti's protection would pay and Association Fee to continue the colonies efforts in improving their way of life.
