Demographics
Bristol is the richest borough of Gotham City.
The district has a suburban character and many of Gotham City’s best-known citizens live here, notably Bruce Wayne, owner of Wayne Enterprises, and Alan Dale Davenport, owner of Davenport International Press.
Infrastructure
From the islands, Bristol can be reached via the Robert Kane Memorial Bridge or the Gotham County Railroad tunnels.
History
The village of Bristol was founded just before the American Revolutionary War started. Large estates were built here as retreats for the rich and famous of Gotham City.
Bristol played a big role in the Underground Railroard as it was an important stopover for the slaves en route to Canada. Even today many of the houses and estates have secret chambers and connecting tunnels.
The village and County of Bristol was incorporated into the city of Gotham City in 1947.
Geography
Bristol is located in the north of Gotham City on the coast of the Upper Gotham Bay on the Gotham State mainland.
