The Graveyard of Ancestral Kings

For a century, the kings of Greenwyrm Vale ruled from the port city of Pastow in the south, and The Graveyard of the Ancestral Kings was the royal burial place. It also served as a convenient escape from the city for the royal family in times of danger. The Graveyard was sealed when the capital and royal seat was moved north to Porthy after Pastow burned almost entirely to the ground in the Great Fire of 436.
Recently reopened, it was discovered that the Graveyard housed not just the bodies, but the restless souls of the old kings and also a more terrifying presence sealed in its depths.
