Y'Shurithmak (YE-SHOO-REETH-MAK)
Y'Shurithmak, was described as a powerful deity of occisiomancy, who came from the void. Other than seemingly being the creator of the qroxidon, this being was heavily tied to the seas of Goliath.
Some paintings depicted it with its mouth wide open, devouring what looks like a planet with black seas. This one event has been seen painted many places across the world, as if its an important historical mark in its existence, or a potential prophecy.
"Whatever dark it coils its writhing body out from, it is something that even the most mighty of our ocean fears enough to weaponize its favorite creation. When the gods of our dark sea quiver from the mention of its name, we should too." — Melissa Rot
Description
Y'Shurithmak was painted many times by the qroxidon, usually depicting that of a very lanky, humanoid creature, with the exception of its lower body being a mass of writhing tentacles and black metal hooks. Adorning it, a signature of many creatures from the void, was the wide set of thousands of teeth that started at its blank face, and curled down its neck and through most of its torso, nearly connecting the two ends before the start of its tentacles. Some paintings depicted it with its mouth wide open, devouring what looks like a planet with black seas. This one event has been seen painted many places across the world, as if its an important historical mark in its existence, or a potential prophecy.
Personality
The only real descriptions of this entity seemed to be tied to endless cruelty. Deciphering the qroxidon language has led to the reveal that they could constantly hear its voice, demanding "blood to fuel the battlefield". The descriptions of it seemed to be that of loud screeching, that often leads them to intense anger or depression. It might be why qroxidon are so demanding in terms of bloodshed, as all contact with them somehow must end with battle, as it might be all that deafens the noise.Realm
Y'Shurithmak came from the fourth layer of the void, the deepest reaches before the Maw.Worshippers
Its only worshippers are the qroxidon, who seemed to be following it because it is what they had to do. The qroxidon seemed to have no direct rituals demanded of them, other than killing whatever it requested. Everything they do might be in concordance with the demands of their deity, such as the hunting grounds they made. Covering as much ground as possible to appease their deity, made far more sense with the knowledge that they feared it.
