Zinnala Stilgard
Keeper of the Light, Shining One
The head of the Lightkeepers is a Drow named "Zinnala Stilgard". While she's the leader of the organization, she doesn't seem to have much to do with the day-to-day operations of the Library / HQ in Freehold. Up until his assassination, the Head Librarian was Syllar Stonegazer. Zinnala seems to keep a fairly low profile, and has recently been on a mission into the Drow territories.
Zinnala is the identical twin sister of another Drow from Alyona Belov's past, who seems to be a particularly nasty person. Zinnala and her sister appear to be on good terms, and have been directly working together recently, as well as more clandestine previous cooperation in which involved using the Unlikelies to investigate the Sylvans.
Zinnala is presumably a (powerful) Wizard, though this has not been confirmed. The relative rarity of wizard spells above 3rd level means most wizards are limited in their abilities, but with the lightkeepers focus on unearthing ancient magical technologies there's no telling how powerful she truly is.
