Rúthui tol'maiwë

Rúthui, or as the Sylvans call it "Rúthui tol'maiwë" is a large island off of the south-east coast of Tar-Calion, and home to the Aarokocra. The island is largely tropical, with lush rainforests and a thick jungle along the southern coast. There is a huge "mountain" in the center of the island which is a solid granite outcropping that stretches up over 10,000ft in the air and is visible from the mainland.
The heavy jungle in the southern part of the island is called "The Forbidden" and is of interest to the Sylvans because it contains the ruins of the Age of Light city of Iallon.
