Emilee continued to consolidate her power, peacefully integrating other territories and establishing Yeoria as a dominant force in the region. As word of her power, system of rule and leadership spread, more villages, city-states, and kingdoms willingly joined her growing domain. This expansion was known as the Quiet Conquest, as Emilee did not conquer through force but rather through the voluntary submission of those who admired her rule or feared the threat of outside forces.

What became known as the Quiet Conquest was a period of rapid yet peaceful expansion of Emilee’s realm. Her approach to conquest was unlike anything the world had seen before—there were no great battles, no violent subjugations. Instead, regions and city-states joined her rule voluntarily, drawn by the promise of a better, more equitable life under her leadership. The power of her vision and the strength of her magic created an unstoppable wave of unification.

This period of expansion was supported, unbeknownst to most, by another figure—Babalon, a being of immense power and isolation. Babalon quietly encouraged uprisings and insurrections within regions that resisted Emilee's peaceful influence. Though Emilee’s rule was primarily peaceful, these more violent movements aided in destabilizing opposition. However, no one knew of Babalon’s involvement, and the peaceful facade of the Quiet Conquest was maintained.

During this period, a tense boundary was established between Yeoria and Kyokuri, the latter unwilling to be absorbed into the empire that began spread its way, and concerned that its own people may revolt against it in favor of joining Yeoria, as so many others had. The boundary and agreement were established between Emilee and the ruling heads of family in Kyokuri, avoiding outright war.
