Olgos, The Architect
Olgos, an ancient Harbinger, once struck a critical pact with Emilee, the first Chosen Empress of Yeoria. When Emilee stumbled upon Olgos, who was entombed in a cavern and imprisoned by the celestial Steward Zun, she was offered immense power in order to save her people in exchange for a binding promise. Olgos demanded that she eventually bear a single male heir to be surrendered to him, thus creating a cycle of control over Yeoria’s rulers.
Olgos’s plan extended far beyond his prison, for despite his confinement, he wielded great power and harbored ambitions of escape and conquest over Alathor. Patient and manipulative, he slowly solidified his influence over Yeoria's rulers through each successor, all bound to uphold this deal. However, the cycle of obedience was broken when Empress Lora, a the current Chosen Empress of Yeoria, openly defied Olgos by refusing to surrender her son, Teric, or her daughter, Thea. This unprecedented defiance angered Olgos, though his ancient nature allowed him to bide his time, ominously warning Lora of future suffering.
Known for his ruthlessness, patience, and unseen power, Olgos remains a shadowy presence in Yeoria, his influence a testament to his skill in orchestrating far-reaching schemes despite his physical limitations. He embodies a lingering, malevolent force, content to wait across generations for opportunities to assert his will once more.
