Fort Alameda
Fort Alameda is a star-shaped fortress on the Tien River. It overlooks and protects that waterway between Ossa and the Grent Delta.
STORY
Demir Grappo keeps control of Fort Alameda, preventing Grent from pushing north into Ossa. He tells Idrian Sepulki that there is an island just north of Fort Alameda that serves as a blindspot, a flaw he discovered and pointed out to his tutor when he was eleven-years-old studying military architecture. The tutor did not believe him, so Adriana Grappo checked Demir's work and then fired the tutor when she found her son was correct. Demir then sent a letter to the Ministry of the Legion, informing them of the weakness, which they ignored. Knowing that Devia Kerite would exploit that weakness by setting up her artillery in that blindspot and firing on the fort without worry of retaliation, Demir blows upthe dam just north of flood plain, flooding the area and destroying half of Kerite's forces. This event later becomes known as the Grappo Torrent.
