Pujan

Leader of a parivaar within the Parivaar Commission.   A pujan leads the parivaar and represents them in the Parivaar Collection.       A pujan is responsibles he parivaar is responsible the   The role is one that is filled with perile and danger and as such, is one that is considered above purchase or bribary.   Pujan live their lives in the parivaar. As their leader, their lives are filled with danger an dstrife. They are responsible for coordinating high profile heists, elevating their parivaar's reputation, and expanding their Ilaaka.   Due to the high profile nature of the job, most pujan hold the position until murdered or imprissoned. The position is not for the faint of heart. In the event of imprissonement, the Kijan is responsible for leading the organization. As such, they are a common successor in the event the Pujan is killed. This type of succession provides the most stability within the parivaar, but there are accounts of naal taking the throne.     One naal publicly accused the kijan of not being loyal to the parivaar. They produced a written statement from the previous pujan that they (the naal) were to ascend to pujan with their blessing. Claiming forgery, the kijan refused to dismiss their claim and, after a contenious civil war, the AREA was split into two.   After a pujan is killed its next successor is usually the Pujan usually rise up through the ranks of the parivaar.

Qualifications

To lead a parivaar requires intimate understandings of all of the different roles, functions, and liabilities. As such, successive pujan are either close family members or dedicated agents promoted through various ranks. In both situations, a pujan requires both noteriety and respect.
