Oggaruk Wizard's Guild

The Oggaruk Wizard's Guild is responsible for creating spells and magical effects in the city, as well as casting defensive spells in times of conflict, weather manipulation, and the upkeep of the magic of the city walls.

The Arch Mage runs the Guild and delegates smaller chores and tasks to lesser mages in the Guild.
