Oggaruk Craftsmen Guild
The Oggaruk Cratsmen Guild is a large guild, comprised of many Craftsmen from different backgrounds. Blacksmiths, candlemakes, bakers, wheelwrights, farriers, and more are all part of the Craftsmen Guild.
Some internal groups will grow large enough and break off into their own Guilds, such as the Herbalist and Jeweler's Guilds. Or, the individual craftsman is a cantankerous old goblin and refuses to play by the Guild Rules and goes off to form their own singular Guild.
Structure
Master Craftsmen run the Guild and oversee Journeyman Craftsmen in their areas of expertise, while apprentices learn the basics of the crafts and maintain the Guildhall and its day to day running.
