Scourgewood takes after whatever wood it infected. It can be hard, soft, fibrous, or many other things. One can tell Scourgewood apart form other woods by its distinct blackening at the edges and its pulsating veins of necrotic energy.
Physical & Chemical Properties
Scourgewood is harmful to touch with bare skin as it burns and eats away at whatever it touches and inhibits healing. If one wishes to hold Scourgewood without harming themselves, they must do so with in-organic materials such as metal.
