Queen Arax Artashad, as part of her larger reforms to the Kingdom of Nimeara, grants the Fire Temple of Brücter the same rights, privileges, and responsibilities in law and faith as the Fire Temple in Stelara.

This recognised the already functionally-independent Brücter Obermagier, which had been appointing Fire Keepers and giving legal decisions within Tiefen and between Tiefenese states for about 200 years. The High Mage of Stelara would continue to accredit the Obermagier upon their elevation to the position, in a purely ceremonial fashion. The respective centers of Ashevite faith would organise three Councils over the next several hundred years in order to maintain the good practice of the faith.
