Arvo Seldar

Arvo Seldar is filled with many towns and states and although not known for their strength in military power, they all have the ability to overcome odds in times of need. Known as the land of Drow and Halflings, they find a peace 
(Drow/Halfling lands) Mages Free to roam As no official government was imposed against mages they roam free. Although the Drow are known to be powerful spell casters, the larger halfling presence accepts them as normal citizens.
