Gesseri'

This world is older then one would believe and yet its currently known history lasts only up to 10,000 years. The multiple races that live in this world all traversed within a 10 to 20 year time frame leaving their origin world to come to this world and renaming it to New Eden. The world is filled with islands and continents separated by oceans and straits, but many of the world has seen at least some form of explorer. Some areas became inhabited being taken over, others being only used for ports or some temporary stops at most as anything mainland to dangerous to see. Most of the history prior to the 10,000 years before arriving within Gesseri' has been lost as the transition from their worlds was necessary for survival. What history of the old worlds was through verbal communication and held traditions and much lost through time are kept in the few books carried to Gesseri' and sadly much has deteriorated with the passage of time.   Races of all types found home in this new world, some breaking peace, but few held old rivalries to their core when settling in. Quickly upon settling cities grew, towns and farms began to flourish and a continuous age of exploration lasting throughout history. Some groups found explorations on the high sea, others found continents worth traversing. Surprisingly, over the last 10,000 years there was still much yet unexplored, but many having mapped out.
