(8%) They are very powerful because of the high level of summoning they have achieved, typically outside the Order they are called Elders. They are the most sought after because they are the only ones that can be used in Binding Rituals, Sages and Master Sage can be used but since so few of them Primes are sought out first. They are the only ones to teach Masters and give them their rank. Some will be sent to Lords courts, very few have the honor to advise a King but most will stay on as counselors within their Order with Sages.
