University of Ruinia
in InstitutionsAzurians are required to enroll in the University of Ruinia (there are many of these Universities throughout the land of Torentia, to differentiate between universities, the name of the town is in front of it except the capital city university). No one outside of Torentia is allowed to attend their Universities, they are welcome to train in the one public institution; Citadel of The Four Winds but information taught in their Unversities is only for Azurians.
