Teachers of all Orders

(15%) Will stay on mostly at their Order to teach Neophytes and Clerics but some will move onto teach at higher levels of learning for any land except the land of Lithe. Neophytes who never move beyond their rank will become aids to Masters and help tutor their students. They elect Clerics.
