Recherche's Gift
The Recherche's Gift is the largest inn in Lord's Beginning and serves the most expensive and high-profile clientele that the city has to offer. Traveling nobles, ambassadors, and wealthy merchants often rent rooms at this inn, and it is said that certain wealthy families from around the kingdom have special suites dedicated entirely for when they come to town.
Purpose / Function
The Recherche's Gift was built originally as a place to house important and sacred objects for the crown. Over time, as the Royal Bank of Calenoria became better equipped to protect such items, the building was repurposed to house guests of the city.
Alterations
Because of its original purpose, the Recherche's Gift was not originally outfitted with as many rooms or floors that it currently sports. Two entire wings were added to the building to accommodate its increased popularity.
