Obsidian Plains

This smooth glassy terrain is the hottest place on the planet, even though it is in the northernmost reaches of the planet. The black coloration of the ground absorbs all the heat radiated down from the sun.

Geography

These innocuous black, glassy, hills sprawl around half of this entire landmass, shared with the Ruby Sands. Massive clifs border the area that reaches the sea around it.

Fauna & Flora

Only the hardiest life can live in this region. Plants stand out with their white coloration and small size, those plants that do grow to larger sizes are of the succulent variety.

Natural Resources

There are many mineral deposits under the ground, but the extreme heat makes it nearly impossible to work here.
