Clockwork Prostheses

During the Steaming Age, it has become increasingly more popular for people of Chronan to replace damaged or missing bodyparts with enchanted machines known as Clockwork Prostheses.

These include eyes that enhance vision, arms that are abnormally strong, legs that can run faster or even climb walls, and other imaginative inventions that give abilities previously barred behind spells and blessings. These have in part decreased the influence that mages and priests used to have over people.

New type of prostheses are always popular during the Steam Fair exhibitions in Czenova, where up-and-coming artificers showcase their latest creations to the public.
