Structure

Each designated region of the Kingdom is overseen by a First Anointed. All other Anointed in that region report to that authority.
Anointed, with very few exceptions, are part of the Yakeeri and are selected through a series of comprehensive examinations, covering religious rites, ministerial scenarios, and Kh'Axri history.
