Ayozoisy

The name means "the orange-violet sea".  Because of the high amounts of salt and minerals from the seabed and the surrounding mountains, the waters of the Ayo carry a beautiful sheen, reflecting the orange of the rising sun and violet at sunset.  The water, of course, is not potable, but there is a good variety of marine life living within it that seems to thrive on the high mineral content.  As long as the Islanders balance their diets with freshly grown fruits and vegetables, the minerals they consume when eating the seafood seems to not affect them.
