For centuries drakons lived under rule of high dragons, more or less satisfied with their current place on world. This slightly changed during the Time of Troubles, as the neverending and particularly bloody fights between high dragons were never before so as bloody.

  This changed when daemon lord named Scaletwister launched insurgence against the rule of high dragons, soon going nearly genocidal on them. Soon most of isle of Tharhil was under his rule, but he was finally subdued and imprisoned by dragons.
