Karthian Kingdom founded.

Karthians were a tribe that settled in the former core lands of elven kingdom of Valtear, soon rising into great power - enough to be important factor in pushing back beastmen invaders... many centuries ago.

  Due to being regular target of raiding from desert nomads it actually took many centuries for the locals to create meaningful civilization. When that actually happened, the newly created kingdom of Karthia began expanding in the only direction that was possible - through sea, soon creating trading posts on Itavia and Itirria, trying to rival the expanding Hellanans.
