Karthia once again wages war against Roman Republic, hoping to retake what it lost.
Karthia reignited the conflict over Isle of Scylla, hoping to retake what it lost in last war. While first clashes were suggesting that the Roman Republic is going to win once again, Karthia managed to sign alliance with Novia.
Soon Hannibal, karthian military commander, attacked Itavia from Novia while crossing White Mountain on foot, ravaging itavian lands mercilessly and obliterating roman armies several succesive times.
While Roman Republic managed to survive - by copious ammounts of guerilla warfare, great manpower reserves and lack of karthian siege machinery - it wasn't without cost. While no lands were lost - due to Novia switching sides and Hannibal forced to return to Karthia to deal with new threat - it was decimated, leading to increased internal problems.
