First Forest War

Elven settlements expanded slowly throughout lands they held, with more and more lands 'civilized' by elves. Forests cut down, villages created, mines established and so on.

  The sudden growth in speed - with a period of peace - caused anger of dryads, a deities that lorded over forests of Karathia. Several of them allied with each other, fielding a notable armies of ogres, nymphs and smaller wild daemons, defending their dominions, causing a warfare spreading throughout western Karathia, with kingdom of Astrea touched by it the most.
