Kingdom of Valtear, located northern Arrica coast, collapsed due to constant pressure of human tribes marching from the east.

  While one of the biggest elven states, majority of its territory was poorly settled, with humans using this uninhabited patches as a ways of infliltrating the kingdom and lay waste to its more developed areas, with elven armies unable to react in time.   Most of the surviving elves either end up enslaved, or flee south, when most of them falls into barbarism.
