Falon decrees creation of Imperial Army - according to suggestions of menorian advisors - using ongoing agrarian reform to create regular - or semi-regular - army.
Following the succesfull conquests, Falon was left in a quite peculiar situation. His rule relied mostly on army (and on support from Supreme Thaumaturgist), which began to slowly collapse.
Most of the soldiers came with him to pillage and participate in a war that would make them famous. After the war ended, the reason to remain was no longer there. Aside from certain formations - mostly visenians of duke Leszek the Just and elves of Havael the Fleetfoot - that wished to remain, the rest were... unconvinced to this idea.
To change it, Imperial Army was created. Three armies were created. Itavian Army (the strongest one) under Falon personal command, its numbers swelling with new settlers due to ongoing agrarian reform. Northern Army, with Leszek the Just as its commander, was settled in similar agri deserti in northern lands of Frankia, depopulated by Hundred Years War. Third, the Western Army under Havael the Fleetfoot, were settled in central Itirria, on the lands they conquered from local tribes.
This is an official date of creation of Imperial Army, even if it was far from its more modern look.
