Following the conquest of Astrena, Mersimar crowns himself an emperor of Elven Empire.
Mersimar managed to conquer big part of Karathia - including Itavia, Itirria and, now, Astrena.
However it was still ultimately a military occupation, but with support for his rule slowly growing. His ideology of elven unification spread.
Despite an ongoing war against Lanoirenn and Alvana - with Vanorlan thankfully remaining neutral - he crowned himself an emperor of Elven Empire, attempting to reorganize his military occupation into proper, longterm rule.
